I have been a repeat customer of Riley’s for four years. He sold my first home in a hot market having been listed for two days, continued a month long search where we viewed 60 properties, bid on multiple properties and finally found the right one. Through all this he was calm, always knew the right thing to say to keep me focused (I’m not an easy client to please) and was patient with my never ending list of wants. Fast forward four years later when I went in search of a forever family home that had more requirements than ever before. Riley was consistent, easy to reach and communicate with and helped me negotiate wayyyy under asking. He was confident going up against another realtor in negotiations and was knowledgeable about market trends and housing costs in my area.
