Soon after Riley started his career, he made a name for himself in East Gwillimbury, which is where he grew up and still calls home. Since January 1st of 2016, he and Michael have consistently sold the most homes in Holland Landing than any other agent or team.

That role transitioned well into real estate as lead generation is the main focus of our business. AJ has lived in the Holland Landing community his entire life and wants to help our team sell even more homes in town than we already do!

Stefan James Mclellan
I would like to take the time to introduce myself to you. Provided a quick presentation of my experience and skill sets. Extensive residential development background. My family is a very well recognized custom home builder in London Ontario. I am the third generation to have participated in the family businesses. With that said, I managed all aspects of the projects with my team for a period of 15 years, and a number of years in my youth growing up, every summer. It was imperative to fundamentally know a house from the inside and out, so I was a framing carpenter for five of those years. The range of homes I have built were from typical subdivision homes to fully customized homes. With regards to residential development, there is little that I have not been exposed to. From that, I went on to the Self Storage industry in the Toronto and Greater Horseshoe market. I worked my way through the industry to become the Operations Manager for the portfolio. Through this time, I either played a part, or produced market analysis to supplement the development of strategic locations and retail acquisitions. Participated, and execute third party management contracts. Successfully implemented strategic models to our operations for increased revenue generation, efficiencies, and business partnerships. From there I migrated to the commercial development division to drive the company’s rapid expansion. As the project manager, my responsibilities included project oversight, progress reports, payment certification, contract tenuring reviews and selection, budget compliance, and reporting to the corporate team and the investment partners throughout. Projects spanned form new builds (120,000 to 250,000 sq/ft), conversions, and renovations. Through the total time spent in the Self Storage industry, my additional responsibilities were to liaison with the investors and partners (both current and prospective). My total tenure with this industry was just over 17 years.
